As founder and principal since 2000, Carolyn is involved in all avenues of the brand business, and leads the vision on all projects. From client contact and strategy to directing creatively where each project needs to go, she leads her extraordinary team to new discoveries. Carolyn's work has been known for excellence in the Advertising and Design world for more than 25 years. Her work has taken her from the East coast to the West Coast and Europe, including many highly renowned firms such as, Leo Burnett, The Designory, DDB, Heil BBDO, The Shand Group, Herrwerth & Partners, and Lintas Worldwide.

She loves culture, people, art and nature; and learning and discovering new things. She is passionate about creating the new with others in all aspects, having fun, and in the process, collaborating so that all voices can be felt and heard.
